Return & Replacement Policy

At True Bearing Coffee, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality coffee. Because coffee is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened coffee products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@truebearingcoffee.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

If your claim is approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Coffee and other food products
  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom merchandise
